is former principal Kansas City Philharmonic, Birmingham and Tulsa Symphonies,
and the Santa Fe Opera. He was Professor of Music and Coordinator of Woodwinds at
Kent State University.

David DeBolt and the others areor were teachers at Kent
State University in Kent, Ohio. Edward Ormond is Assistant Principal Violist of
the Cleveland Orchestra and Kent Collier is Principal Cello of the Ohio Chamber
Orchestra and the Cleveland Opera. The CD
represents the music by the friends of Edgar Degas and the cover is a copy of
his painting "The Orchestra of the Opera", painted in 1870.
